Exchange and refund policy

Exchange Policy

• We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product(s).
  
• Items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
• Customized orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
• A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
• For Exchange, customers need to born Pickup & Re-shipping charges which is Rs.350/- all over Pakistan.

Refund policy

At home story, each product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at thehomestoryliving@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Customers are required to share clear images of the product along with proof of purchase for verification.

All return requests must be approved by our team before sending the product back.

2. Refund Turnaround Time

Once your return is approved and the physical item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to officially reflect in your bank account or card statement.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, free of charge, by emailing us at newfriendsindustries1@gmail.com.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. In this event, you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the package.
